This engine for PEUGEOT 103 is complete and very well equipped, it has:
-Kit 70cc aluminum air cooling, 6 transfers, mono-segment prepared STAGE 2 POLINI, 124 / 126 / 186°, plugged decompressor, comes with an alignment interlock to mount a flanged two screws aligned!
-Pulse Ø46mm MVT incoming plot (13.5 : 1 under squish 0.9mm)
-Cards MALOSSI large clamps built-in support, alignment is included in the price!
-Inlet pipe 23mm flexible mounting
-Clapets MALOSSI VL6 (carbon blades with the correct thickness supplied)

-Provided motor without dimming device (ER3 or GIRAUDO recommended), without exhaust (MVT SP3 or SP2 recommended), without air filter (very complicated to find filters on these 103 chassis that leave little room). Delivered without belt (take a reinforced belt).
The whole is equipped assembled in the rules of art (squish, volumes, improvements of head lubrications and rod feet...), and controlled.
Make it a good running of 200km, and gently put the power into it while adjusting your variation to try to exploit as much as possible the 9500 to 11,500 laps per minute over the entire climb range. And check your carburettor settings. Oil 100% synthetic MOTUL 800 ROAD highly recommended, 2.5% (too much oil lowers the octane rate so the performance of the engine, not enough risk clamping and wear too fast)! Octane booster MOTUL has 1% recommended!
