Fits PEUGEOT 103 SPX, MVX, CLIP, RCX, FUN, SPECTRUM... recommended with this DOPPLER engine spring (add to cart separately). This spring is not compatible with SIMONINI small exhausts or other coiled exhausts!

Here is the complete, high-torque, air-cooled cast iron engine, delivered assembled and ready to run! This sport engine offers a good performance boost but can be even more powerful; you can remove parts from the kit and add others to your cart if you wish to have them installed. The engine consists of:
-CARENZI large volume engine casings with large reed valves and intake manifold
POLINI 70cc RADIAL CAST IRON KIT with cylinder head (note: choose with or without engine preparation)
-16 SHA carburetor (can be replaced in the basket with a more powerful POLINI CP19)
MVT MILLENIUM ignition, be sure to choose EXT 104!!! (we categorically refuse to install the cheapest ignitions... which are absolutely unreliable). It will be set between 3.8 and 3.6mm depending on the exhaust installed.
STAGE 6 reinforced crankshaft
Engine break-in period: 500km (150km if you chose the STAGE 1 preparation). Use MOTUL 800 ROAD 100% synthetic oil at 2.5% in SP98 or SP100 gasoline. Install with a free-flowing stock exhaust or a sport exhaust ( MVT SP1 or POLINI highly recommended, not included ). Remember to use a quality belt in good condition! (not included)
For the 70cc, a Stage 1 engine upgrade is available for an additional €100. Additional crankcase modifications are also available upon request!
For competition use only
Target speed: Around 8,000 rpm without preparation and 9,500 rpm depending on the preparation requested.
