Complete engine assembled RRD 83cc air cooling for PEUGEOT 103 type SP, MV, MVL, LM, VOGUE...
This engine has been developed by us and tested on different customer engines! The engine arrives assembled ready to run and pre-tuned!
!!!ATTENTION to take STAGE 2 engine preparation on the PARMAKIT kit in the list so that the engine includes the resumption of diagrams with the adaptation to the long race!!!
It consists of :
- MALOSSI engine casings, prepared, machined for the passage of the crankshaft and the PARMAKIT 54mm foot kit
RRD crankshaft long stroke 42.1mm and long connecting rod 85mm
- RRD 9mm cylinder base wedge adapted to the kit (54mm feet)
- Set of extended studs for long connecting rod
-Reinforced polyamide cage bearings and oil seals
-Kit PARMAKIT Ø50mm air cooling with 54mm foot, prepared for 128° / 129° / 192° diagrams
- Cylinder head mounted with compression ratio of 12: 1

- Fasteners, nuts, assembly and metrology, adjustments... Are included in the price.
The air filter, the BR9ES running-in / adjustment candle, the BR10EIX racing candle, the mainspring, the belt and the variator are not supplied and remain at your choice! We recommend lightening the jaws of your original clutch pulley or / and putting hard springs in them!
Exhaust level, alas, very few mufflers at present can make such an engine speak.
The MVT SC can be a good alternative, the SC RACE from MVT too! An old G2 Open can also be a good choice! Until a special large displacement exhaust came out on PEUGEOT 103.
It is therefore an ultra-efficient, very torquey and powerful motor that is delivered to you ready to be used on your chassis with a speed controller and an air filter of your choice.
Suffice to say that it is in your interest to equip your chassis with brakes and tires worthy of the name! An 11 / 45 transmission can be pulled at 12,000 rpm without problems with top acceleration.
