Here is the complete clutch pulley from DOPPLER named ER2! The only clutch pulley still present on the market, for which there are still spare parts ... For those who do not yet know the clutch pulleys, here is the explanation. In general, the best and most efficient variators are in direct drive (without clutch), moreover, the original clutches are never very efficient. The main problem with direct drive is that you must wedge at lights, stops, etc. In addition, the engine cannot offer all of its acceleration because you will need a certain number of meters before reaching the power regime!
This pulley will therefore allow you not to caller lights, stops or ever, to let your machine warm up at idle before setting off, but also to reach the right power speed before the clutch is fully engaged, i.e. enormous acceleration gain in relation to a direct drive. You can obviously start with the "stroller" because this pulley has an automatic locking system when you push the machine forward to drive the engine and start it.
The pulley is machined aluminum for weight reduction, the pulley width is 100% standard (like the original). The outside (total) diameter of the pulley is 21cm. It is delivered with a pinion of 11 teeth, the bell, the 3 jaws the axis… It is delivered assembled and ready to roll. The quality is really excellent for such a low price!
This part is still quite fragile, you have to assemble it correctly, align it well, take care of it! Remember that the performance and precision of this pulley is really well above the original clutches 103 and 51, this pulley will also allow you to install any RACING variator without being in direct drive.
