Shipping costs are free above 110€ of order for France and CORSICA.

Your parcels are transported via our carrier LA POSTE who takes care of delivering the goods. You can receive the package at home or in one of the many available relay points that work with LA POSTE (valid for FRENCH customers).

Your parcels are sent in secure and tracked mode. You normally need to sign and be present when the parcel is delivered to your home, the delivery time is generally 48 hours after departure from our store (an email informs you when the parcel leaves). With the COVID 19 epidemic that has been raging since the beginning of 2020, these rules are subject to change.

The departure of your package may vary depending on available stocks, unfortunately in the world of motorcycles, it is always difficult to give real and certified stock! If the material is in stock, we assure you a very fast departure from our store to your home or delivery address.

The shipping cost contain what? Shipping costs include transport costs (port) therefore fuel, vehicle, driver, but also handling, packaging (cardboard, tape, invoice, wedging...). They obviously include a share of VAT depending on the country from which the order is made!

If you wish to return goods to us:

After agreement and having contacted us, you can return the goods to us (for defect, error, etc.). You will be able to determine with us if you wish to obtain a credit on your account or a new product. If the error is our fault (part defect, error on our part) your shipping costs to send the goods back to us will be reimbursed.
