Description

This engine for PEUGEOT 103 liquid cooling offers more performance and reliability than the air version, liquid cooling allows more advance to ignition, to rotate with a lower and explosive ratio air to gasoline, and allows a higher compression rate, this engine is complete and very well equipped, it has:

The whole is equipped assembled in the rules of art (squish, volumes, improvements of head lubrications and rod feet...), and controlled. To better accompany this complete engine, you can install the new exhaust POLINI or another model.

In short, it's still scalable but already very efficient!!! If you want to place a decompressor, plan to buy it because the block comes with a stopper!

Make it a good 400km run, and gently put the power in while adjusting your variation to try to exploit as much as possible the 9,000 to 10,500 laps per minute over the entire climb range. And check your carburettor settings. Oil 100% synthesis MOTUL 800 ROAD strongly recommended, 3% in running, and gradually descend (from 200km) to 2.5% or even 2% (too much oil lowers the octane rate so the engine performance, not enough risk clamping and wear too fast)!

Optionally, we offer an engine preparation, it allows to operate a speed of about 10 500 rpm against 8 500 for the stock version. This preparation includes a modification of the flow diagram and exhaust channel, a slight retouch for increasing intake diagrams (lateral), an improvement in intake on the piston and the cylinder back skirt, a general improvement of the piston. An improvement of the pipe / valves group. To be accompanied by a good motor spring/variator setting to operate the 10 500 rpm!
