Description

For quality reasons! We do not sell this engine with the original type ignition, we require the installation of an MVT PREMIUM or MILLENIUM!!!

The ECO version of the 70cc sports engine, we reduce the cost to the maximum by integrating CARENZI crankcases, a DOPPLER cylinder and crankshaft or even a PHBG type carburetor! Obviously, the quality will be below the MALOSSI engine with real PHBG, STAGE 6 crankshaft ... At 400€ more!


This engine for PEUGEOT 103 is complete and very well equipped, it has :

-70cc aluminum air-cooled kit, 6 transfers, AIRSAL T6 dual-segment FOX version

-Ø46mm cylinder head for POLINI 70cc high compression kit

- Decompressor cap (you can remove it to install a decompressor)

-CARENZI casings large valves with built-in support

- Rigid 19mm intake pipe special for MALOSSI crankcases

-VL6 type valves

-PHBG TYPE 19.5mm carburetor (not worth the real DELLORT but half the price)

- Reinforced C3 bearings with polyamide cage

-Reinforced crankshaft with solid masses DOPPLER ER1

-Crankcase screws, cylinder head screws, studs... High quality

MVT PREMIUM ignition internal rotor small electronic cone

-Motor delivered as standard without motor spring, we strongly recommend a DOPPLER motor spring!

Everything is equipped and assembled according to the rules of the art (squish, volumes, improvements to the lubrication of the head and connecting rod feet, etc.), and checked. To even better accompany this complete engine, you can install the new MVT exhaust, the SP3 or another model.

In short, it's still evolving but already very efficient!!! If you want to install a decompressor, plan to buy it because the block comes with a cap!

Give it a good 400km break-in, and gently put the power on while adjusting your variation to try to exploit as much as possible the 9,000 to 10,500 rpm over the entire climbing range. And check your carburetor settings. 100% synthetic MOTUL 800 ROAD oil is highly recommended, 3% during break-in, and gradually lower (from 200km) to 2.5% or even 2% (too much oil lowers the octane rating and therefore the engine performance, not enough risks seizures and wear too quickly)!

As an option, we offer an engine preparation, it allows to exploit a speed of approximately 10,000 rpm against 8,500 for the stock version. This preparation includes a modification of the diagram and the exhaust channel, a slight retouching to increase the intake diagrams (lateral), an improvement of the intake on the piston and the rear cylinder skirt, a general improvement of the piston. An improvement of the pipe / reed valves group. To be accompanied by a good adjustment of the engine spring / variator to exploit the 10,500 rpm!

*Delivered without anti-parasite, the MALOSSI kit with cable is very good!

*Supplied without spark plug, b9hs recommended for running-in, adjustments and driving. We do not recommend iridium on this engine with this ignition

*You can add a decompressor to the cart to have a decompressor on your machine!

*Delivered without a dimmer, the Doppler ER3 is a very good dimmer.

*Delivered without a belt, use a good quality belt like the DOPPLER

*Delivered without motor spring, ideally, take a DOPPLER we will assemble on the motor

*Delivered without exhaust, you can accompany the engine with an MVT SP3, especially if you have opted for STAGE 1 preparation

*If your original 103 is 6V, plan on 12V bulbs and a voltage regulator to go with your MVT PREMIUM ignition
