Full engine RRD HYBRID for PEUGEOT 103. This complete competition engine includes a specific steel attachment to fix the engine block to the chassis of the PEUGEOT 103! To stay in something usable, we stayed on a race to bore ratio of 39.7mm X 47.6mm. The base installed cylinder is the 2FAST 70cc which is designed for a 39mm stroke and an 85mm rod. You can, on request, ask us for another model! The cylinder is modified specifically to receive a side water outlet as well as a plug-in of the original low water outlet of the cylinder. The whole is extremely powerful and will have to receive an exhaust worthy of this name!!!
The carts are the famous MVT G4 with their big admission and bulkhead! There's nothing to do with split scooter crankcases, we're on a racing cart game!
The base valves are the BOYESEN for obvious reasons of high-speed performance. We chose to deliver this engine with a 28Mm PWK carburettor. (be careful to have a good place on the chassis, you will have to make room for the engine and not the other way around for maximum performance).
The ignition placed is the MVT DIGITAL DIRECT specific for this mounting on these crankcases!
The set dimmer is the only dimmer to withstand and transmit this power, the MALOSSI VARIOTOP big silk! The latter works much better despite the pressure of the spring to hold the power, better than a scooter drive that is designed to work with a torque adjuster.
The engine must receive many hours of work, plugging the cylinder's water outlet, drilling and tapping on the cylinder side for the outlet of water, welding and creating an engine attachment to the head. Assembly, cutting game, Alignment, squish, leak test, ignition adjustment... That's why we charge 2 engine mounts for this hybrid!
*Beware, it is up to you to drill your low support to fix your motor spring, it is also up to you to find the right belt with the dimmer MALOSSI MG and the assembled parts!
**Engineer delivered without air filter, exhaust, engine spring, anti-parasite, radiator, water pump... Think about providing a water pump of good quality (POLINI therefore, think of having a good regulator/ rectifier and a small lithium battery with integrated BMS. Plan a well-sized radiator.
