Complete MBK 51 engine assembled AIRSAL 70cc T6 liquid-cooled Motobecane AV10

Complete liquid-cooled engine delivered assembled and ready to run! We've equipped this engine with stock-type crankcases and a classic hollow-face crankshaft, perfectly suited to this engine configuration with its low port timings. For the intake/carburetion system: ATHENA valves bonded with fiber reeds matched to the engine, and a 15mm straight intake manifold for SHA mounting (you can remove parts from the kit to add other parts to your cart, but keep the screws, as they have the correct quantity and dimensions).

It is equipped with a 16mm SHA carburetor with a Cable starter , modified filter, pre-set.

For the ignition system, we installed a MORIYAMA electronic ignition set to 1.3mm BTDC (we used the high-end MORIYAMA; we refused to install the entry-level MORIYAMA models, which have significant reliability issues). For the cylinder head, we chose the AIRSAL T6 70 liquid-cooled kit with the AIRSAL cylinder head. The setup therefore does not require a decompression valve.

The engine is delivered without a spark plug. In the basic configuration, we recommend a B8HS for tuning and break-in, then a BR8HIX. An LB05EMH spark plug cap is also recommended!

*You can purchase an AIRSAL T4 BI-SINGLE piston as an additional option if you would like us to assemble the engine with a bi-ring setup!

Technical advice:

- Engine needs to be broken in for 300km.

- Use 100% synthetic quality oil at 2.5% in SP98 or SP100.

- To be fitted with the original motor spring (not supplied) and the original spring paste (supplied).

- To be used with an original or racing CDI unit (not supplied)

- To be fitted with a sports exhaust ( MVT SP2 highly recommended, not supplied).

- Remember to use a good quality belt in good condition! (not supplied)
