Complete air-cooled engine delivered assembled and ready to ride! We have equipped this engine with POLINI crankcases, a reinforced long stroke crankshaft RRD - PREPARATION to increase the stroke, and therefore, the displacement!

*For installation on an AV7 high mount chassis, use this adapter!

For intake / carburetion: MALOSSI MHR VL18 valves with an RRD adaptation shim as well as an intake pipe tuned to this center distance to install a POLINI CP 24mm EVOLUTION carburettor!

For the ignition part, we install an MVT PREMIUM (analogue with a small internal rotor variation), we refuse the installation of a DIGITAL DIRECT, which is too aggressive on an air-cooled long-stroke engine . For the High engine, we chose the POLINI 46mm W with POLINI RADIAL cylinder head with STAGE 2 engine preparation taking the diagrams to 132° for the intake and 193° for the exhaust, the compression ratio increased to 12.5: 1 safety squish sub of 0.9mm. You will need to install an MVT SC exhaust with this set!!

The engine is delivered without spark plug, in the basic configuration we recommend a B9HS for adjustments and break-in, then a BR10HIX.

Engine to break in 500km. Use quality 100% synthetic oil at 2.5% in SP98 or SP100. To be installed with a DOPPLER motor spring equipped with a white spring.

Only reserved for competition!!

Possible speed with good acceleration: 110 to 135km/h depending on transmission.

Target speed: Around 12,800 rpm
