Here is the 80cc top end from the Spanish brand BARIKIT for DERBI Euro 1 and 2 mopeds. This model offers good power and a significant increase in torque. The cylinder is a cast iron model, therefore offering very high reliability, ideal for endurance riding, stunt riding, etc. 
The port timings offer an excellent torque-to-power ratio. The cylinder features a very large exhaust port with a booster and five enlarged intake ports. The base retains its original shape. With its 50mm bore, it delivers a true displacement of 78.53cc when used with the original 40mm stroke crankshaft from the DERBI engine. 
The piston is a two-ring design to further preserve torque and durability. The rings supplied with the kit are made of very thin, special steels to allow for high RPMs while maintaining torque. 
In short, it's very similar to the FURYTECH but is nevertheless better made with higher-end materials. This cylinder will therefore offer you reliability, power (especially with good port timings, thin piston rings, and a booster exhaust port), and plenty of torque! 
To top it all off, BARIKIT has opted for a reinforced aluminum gasket for the cylinder head, and the thermal assembly features two screw holes on each side for added strength. Our only regrets are that the channels aren't more refined and that the side cylinder head screws, or any other cylinder head hardware, aren't included. This is a minor detail, however, considering the unbeatable price. Please note that depending on availability, we may receive the kit in black. 
We recommend that you accompany this top end with at least : a Ø21mm carburetor (24 / 25mm to get the most out of it), racing exhaust, cold spark plug (B9 / B10 depending on temperature), reinforced crankshaft and bearings.

As an option, we offer a Stage 1 preparation. This preparation involves modifying the exhaust port by increasing the port timing and improving the flow, thus increasing cylinder performance. Skirt modifications are also included in this service. Please allow a little extra time for this preparation.
