This MOTOFORCE kit is an entry-level set, clearly a competitor of TOP NOIR or DR RACING NOIR! Certainly of lower quality (finish, materials) than its Italian competitors, it offers a serious alternative to the latter, with a price defying all competition! This kit offers a very good torque / power ratio with average diagrams and a two-ring piston, as well as a cylinder head offering a higher compression ratio than the original, but moderate. The quality of the bore, the cast iron, the piston, the rings... Are clearly below the high-end cylinders from DR RACING or TOP PERFORMANCES . We therefore recommend to do the clearance well when cutting, deburring, and a fairly long running-in (400 to 500km).
We recommend fitting at least the following to accompany this kit: 19mm carburetor/reinforced bearings/cold competition spark plug/adjustment/racing exhaust
As an option, we offer a stage 1 preparation. This preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the cylinder performance. An improvement of the skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
