Here is the most efficient 80cc Racing kit in mono-segment from ITALKIT, aluminum cylinder, 6 transfers, diagrams revised upwards, from the very high end. This kit is accompanied by a stud bolt from ITALKIT in aluminum with high silicon content, it will allow you better engine cooling. Very high-end although not very well known. Cast at GILARDONI Italy, the best foundry in Europe. The piston is a single-segment model to promote high revs. This piston has an opening on the back for improved sweeping and lateral grease nipples! The segments delivered with the kit are made of very fine special steels to allow high speeds.

With this kit we recommend at least: carburetor Ø19mm (24 / 25mm to operate well), racing exhaust, cold spark plug (B9 / B10 depending on temperature), crankshaft and reinforced bearings.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
