Kit 80cc high engine Ø50mm POLINI cast iron DERBI euro 1 & 2

The most powerful cast iron kit out for DERBI euro 1 & 2 engine, this POLINI is a must in terms of performance / solidity, it is announced at 17,5cv / 12,300trs / min by polini motori but obviously to reach a such power output wheel you would need a full range of racing equipment. The high-end 50mm diameter cast iron cylinder has 5 transfers, a very wide booster exhaust and very well defined torque / high speed diagrams. Its very short piston with high silicon content is very resistant and mounted with 2 chrome segments hard racing 1mm thickness thus allowing less wear while maintaining an excellent high speed.

The racing breech has a cylinder head with polished hemispherical compression chamber. It is obviously delivered with carbon racing valves, instructions, stickers ... A very large kit equalizing the pink top on am6! We will have appreciated the assembly of the toric bolts unlike the original rigid which tend to flee!

We recommend to mount at least with such a kit : crankshaft reinforced racing, reinforced bearings, carburation 19mm, exhaust muffler, cold competition candle.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
