The enthusiasts dreamed it, POLINI did it, the famous POLINI SERIE 6000 kit remade for your old SACHS motorcycle engines. This kit is really complete, it has an exhaust pipe internal diameter 29.5mm and external 32.20mm. 
An intake pipe with its flexible sleeve internal diameter 19mm, external diameter for rigid carburetor of 24mm, and diameter of the flexible sleeve of 35mm internally for flexible carburetors, if you install a flexible carburetor with this sleeve, you will cut the intake pipe at the inlet, its diameter will then increase to about 25mm. 
It is ideal for the installation of a 25mm POLINI, DELLORTO PHBH, PHBL, VHST ... The cylinder is in high quality aluminum with nikasil coating, it has 2 rear transfers which are also used for filling the lower engine that will come then feed the laterals. 
It is therefore ultimately a real 4 transfers because the 2 rear does not come into action for the PISTON sweep unlike the AM6, DERBI ... The exhaust is a large oval. The housing inlet skirt diameter is Ø53mm, so a 53.2mm reamed housing is needed. Between axis of the studs 80X80mm. 
The piston is a model with high silicon content, with L segment. The delivered cylinder head has a very worked combustion chamber, hemispherical, micro-blasted finish. It has a reinforcing bar in the mold to prevent curtains. 
In view of the quality of aluminum, do not be afraid of cooling, this cylinder will not exceed the temperature required for performance! It will give you a lot of torque and power given that it is designed for 44mm stroke. And you will therefore leave fresh with your good old SACHS motorcycle. It is really a superb set that has emerged POLINI, in limited series!

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
