Here is a complete set of rare, high-performance parts for older SACHS RS long-stroke 503 and 504 motorcycles. This high-quality aluminium kit comes straight from the moulds made in Italy! The piston that comes with this cylinder is a high-quality, two-ring model from VERTEX. With its L-shaped rings, it will give you plenty of torque. It also comes with a supercharged cylinder head, allowing you to get the most out of your engine while starting afresh.

We recommend combining this kit with at least a 17mm carburettor, cold racing spark plug, 100% synthetic racing engine oil, reinforced bearings and crankshaft, racing exhaust, etc.

As an option, we offer a stage 1 upgrade, which involves modifying the channels and exhaust port by increasing the diagram and improving the duct, thereby increasing cylinder performance. This modification also includes improvements to the piston and skirt bottoms. Please allow for a short additional delay for this upgrade!
