Description

PARMAKIT 82cc complete assembled engine for MBK 51 / MOTOBECANE AV10.

This engine was developed in-house and tested on various customer engines! The engine arrives assembled, ready to run, and pre-tuned (carburetor settings may need fine-tuning)! It's a special high-torque engine!

Ideal for long-distance rides! This engine is capable of pulling very tall gears, delivering its full power around 9,000 RPM and climbing hills at 5,500 RPM without any problems. The engine's reliability has been improved with an ITALKIT piston mounted on a 12x16x16mm cage instead of the standard 13x16x13mm cage!

*For mounting on a chassis originally designed for an AV7 engine, high-mount cylinder head, use this adapter

It consists of :

- Basic PARMAKIT crankcases machined to accommodate the Ø50mm kit

- Reinforced crankshaft with machined connecting rod, DOPPLER ENDURANCE

- RRD 1mm cylinder base spacer suitable for the kit (54mm feet)

- Reinforced bearings

- PARMAKIT kit Ø50mm with 54mm base, prepared basic diagrams around 120° / 172° air cooling, caution!

- Squish 1.1mm

- POLINI reed valve assembly to add a little lower engine volume (ideal with a large kit on these crankcases)

- 21mm rigid-mount carburetor with cable choke

- High-quality, pre-set Moriyama-type ignition

- E8 type filter

- Screws, nuts, assembly and metrology, adjustments... are included in the price.

The engine is supplied without an engine spring, spark plug (B8ES recommended with an LB05EMH spark plug cap), coil, or CDI (use original parts), and without an exhaust ( DOPPLER STREETCUP recommended). Without a variator/clutch, we recommend an ER3 variator, fully assembled with LOCTITE threadlocker, and a DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley, also fully assembled with LOCTITE threadlocker. The original engine spring can be reused, but we still recommend a DOPPLER with a white spring!

* Break-in period of 300km with SP98 or SP100 / 3% 100% synthetic oil

** Break-in period with SP98 or SP100 / 2% to 2.5% MOTUL 800 100% synthetic oil

***Unfortunately, we cannot install a decompression valve! The machine can be a little tricky to push-start!
