For your biggest configurations on PEUGEOT 103 sp, mvl, lm, vogue, mv, chrono…: MALOSSI complete casings are a real economy coupled with a real technical performance. They are in large intake and delivered with a pipe designed for 19/21mm PHBG carburettor with a VL6 karbonit slat valve box (which you can replace with pure carbon slats) and a MALOSSI diffuser, they offer the advantage that you can ask all valves and pipes of derbi 50cc euro 1, 2 and 3 (6 speed very close to am6) and even why not the valves V-FO RC E by tassirani of TPR 8 slats (pass with small adaptation valves) coupled with a malossi d.28 short pipe in viton from derbi / am6 with a mikuni TM24, VHST 28mm, VHST 26mm or other carburettor... You can even install the famous VL18 valves for those who have ultra-sharp engines (diagrams 130 / 190 minimum ). To have experienced it, it is very efficient. You can both mount a huge admission like the real G3, open, proto, mvr...

(up to 28mm by installing derbi 6 speed euro 1/2 accessories) just like choosing to stay on the 19/21mm diameter carburettor with flexible or rigid sleeve coupled to the relatively well studied, short and micro-blasted pipe which has horizontal anti-rebound gas bars, MALOSSI VL6 valves with KARBONIT MHR slats 0.30mm thick and venturi (diffuser) designed to have no losses or any dispersion with the pipe delivered with the casings. The alloy, unlike the POLINI casings, is of very high quality, as is the finish which is almost flawless, the dead volumes are mostly removed and these casings are specially designed for the MALOSSI kits in large transfers (special malossi form) such as the 70cc or 50cc aluminum kits from MALOSSI . To install a kit from another brand in large transfers, you will have to rework slightly. They also have the advantage of being micro-beaded on the intake and transfers but polished on the crankshaft passage, so perfect for high power, extreme high speeds, easy adjustments, no gas rebounds...

We will have really appreciated these crankcases which are in our eyes the most efficient, studied and robust existing for PEUGEOT 103 SP, CHRONO, MVL... The admission which is essential (especially on Peugeot 103 which is not spoiled from origin sweeping and power level) is really great and studied both in its shape and in its size in order to offer power and excellent sweeping. The integrated motor mount is appreciable. More aesthetic level, I think everyone agrees, they are beautiful. Attention, provide bearings and oil seals original size because not provided in this pack. At any level for this piece, we would ask a big 10/10 for once. Small flat, we would have liked a bearing grease duct!

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Pair of reinforced engine cases with integrated frame attachment and
wide-range valve intake. New very elegant design,
large dimensions, compact, light and solid structure. Obtained by
high-strength special aluminum alloy die-casting
mechanical and worked in controlled work centers
numerical controlled by very high precision computers.
With this project, Malossi has planned a couple of really
universal, perfectly interchangeable with the original one, which
gives two chances: the first to get an engine with
outstanding sporting performance using Peugeot parts;
the second to have a real special Malossi engine, in
mounting the Malossi parts (crankshaft, thermal unit, kit
carburettors and exhaust).
The housings are equipped with valves with 4 blades in fiberglass.
carbon, PHBG 17-21 carburettor pipe, variator housing support,
seal kit, fixing screws and all that is necessary for the
assembly.

* As an option, we offer digital machining of the crankcase for the passage of the RRD Long stroke and long stroke / long connecting rod crankshafts, machining that you can do yourself if you have the appropriate equipment. But that you can take here as an option!

** As an option, we offer machining to pass the large PARMAKIT cylinders diameter 50mm which require a skirt foot in Ø54mm, be careful, if you pass on a vilo Long connecting rod, you must tell us because you have to machine shallower , the wedge being 10mm thick!
