The famous kit ATHENA racing for DERBi euro 1 and 2, already well known to all it is really low price in relation to its benefits, for this price, no other kit reaches him at the ankle. Let's start with the cylinder, it is made of aluminum and treated high-end nykasil of course, transfers duct and studied form to the number of 5 (4 side and 1 back), a large exhaust bar studied for power / torque / high speed / longevity, it is pre-lapped and very well finished, diameter 40mm.

The top of the cylinder is specially turned / machined for the breech stud.The breech stud has been studied too, a mini round stud very convenient for those who want to remake different, the room is frustoconical polished, in High-grade aluminum cut into mass for better cooling.

The piston is treated silver with high silicon content, it is prepared to the kit for better scanning and mono segment, its cap is 100% flat, the segment is chrome base s10 curved for good high regime with less friction. For your squish, several base seals are delivered, attention, you will have to obtain a squish of 0,9mm with a tightening to 1kg of the nuts of breech! In short this kit will make you reach good power, torque and incredible high speeds. The solidity is very good thanks to its bar quite thick and its solid treatment.

We advise with this kit at least: reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, carburation 21mm, racing exhaust (the ATHENA exhaust squeezed a good marriage), cold racing candle, 100% synthetic oil in mixture, suppression of the oil pump.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the bottom of skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
