Inlet pipe DOPPLER OPEN 3D Ø20mm (PHBG) flexible with sleeve for Peugeot 103

Ideal for mounting your flexible carburettors from 15 to 21mm PHBG or CP, this intake pipe is the most efficient on the market for Peugeot 103, it is extremely short and well venturized / studied.

Made in 3D printing by powder sintering. This process makes it possible to offer an optimum shape of the intake ducts.

Inventory of the different parts:

- 1 pipe

- 4 screws (number identical to the fixing point)

- 4 washers (number identical to the fixing point)

-1 sleeve

WARNING: the material used is sensitive to tightening, it is imperative not to exceed the tightening torque (4Nm), and not to forget to use the washers provided. In the case of incomplete sealing, favor the use of the joint bracket, rather than excessive tightening of the screws which would cause deformation of the sole.

Assembly :

1) Coat the contact surface of the joint surface of the CAF type joint bracket

2) Place the washers and screws provided, then screw until contact.

3) Tighten the screws to 4Nm
