Complete engine assembled in our workshops by our preparer (15 years of experience). 100% new, 100% complete, ready to roll!

Engine reserved only for competition equipped with 86cc TOP PERFORMANCES TPR and high performance TPR motor crankcases. The squish is done and a leakproofness test is performed. All the pieces are in metrology. We place spi joints POLINI on the crankshaft.

We set up a gearbox TOP PERFORMANCES TPR RACING re-set, a set of forged TPR forks, a lightened barrel drum on needle holders... Warning, delivered with a selector shaft type CPI / GENERIC which requires to put a speed selector of CPI / GENERIC! If you want to rest a MINARELLI AM6 type selector, please add to cart a standard tree TOP PERFORMANCES AM00003 in addition to the full CPI / GENERIC selector!

Engine delivered closed with its admission, following our different tests on the bench, we place valves MALOSSI MHR VL18 with an intake hold, a PWK 28mm TOP PERFORMANCES pre-set with inlet pipe, air filter and high flow universal gasoline tap.

The engine comes with a straight primary gear transmission, the balancing shaft, a specific TPR clutch with reinforced presser tray, 5 disc mounting, hardened hardened nuts... For a perfect and solid transmission, without slipping!

Cooling level, we install the water pump TOP PERFORMANCES reduced.

We install a side panel ATHENA with quick disassembly of the discs, but we can also install another crankcase if desired as the TOP PERFORMANCES TPR! Or deliver the engine without.

You can opt for the STAGE 1 engine preparation, which is a cylinder modification to improve engine performance.

*You can, if desired, after adding to the basket, remove unwanted parts, and add others if desired. We install what is required.
