MVT PREMIUM Evolution Digital Direct ignition with internal rotor with DD 12 & DD 21 lighting for mécaboite minarelli am6

Available from us and at the best price, the evolution of the MVT PREMIUM called DIGITAL DIRECT. The Premium having had an indisputable success (almost 70% of the machines prepared ended up rolling with MVT Premium) MVT could not remain without responding! And the answer is really good….

This new DIGITAL DIRECT has all the advantages of the old MVT PREMIUM with some improvements. First of all, the ignition curve has been improved, this curve is still really defined for powerful and very powerful engines. Obviously, thanks to a specific eprom you will have several curves and an advance setting by combination of numbers.

Otherwise, it simply shuts at 0.40mm before TDC on crankshaft with data of origins (stroke 39.2mm and connecting rod 85mm) . On long stroke (44mm) MVT board 0.35mm. On stroke 42 and 43mm, we recommend 0.37mm before TDC. To be calibrated with a comparator like the POLINI if possible!

 

To increase the advance, it is enough to pivot the stator towards the direction of rotation (that some 0.1mm has the rod) and the reverse to decrease. Very simple thanks to the 2 side allen screws. Its power was further increased to 42kv, the highest of the entire market (be careful with the carburetor settings! If you are poor, you quickly go to a mechanical accident…). This ignition is more efficient than MOTOPLATS, it was created by the great ALAIN GAUDOU (mvt boss and designer of highly renowned competition parts)! It develops up to 22,000 revolutions / minute maximum with 2 sparks per revolution. Obviously it always preserves its lighting circuit in order to power your lights, water pump or accessories! This ignitions is the only internal rotor with reliable and powerful lighting on the market with the standard premium. Look level, you will appreciate or not the fluorescent orange color for the stator!

A little less for the rotor which is not anodized but painted… The color is not likely to last long on a rotor with disassembly, rotation, temperature and washing… We will see! A real anodized treatment would have been welcome! Apart from this! The rotor, the HT coil, etc. remains technically identical to the premium. We regret the absence of an inertia disc (some like to use this kind of accessories especially on track).

-Reference DD 12 : MVT premium ignition with internal rotor with light for all 50cc with gearbox with minarelli AM6 engine except MBK or Yamaha model manufactured from 2003.
