Already well known for years, we offer the cylinder / piston kit now delivered without complete cylinder head POLINI motori 165cc for 125cc engine CAGIVA ALETTA ROSSA, DAKAR, ELEFANT and other models. This POLINI kit offers a compression ratio of 13.5: 1, a diameter of 64mm (around 165cc) and a power speed of 9500 rpm. 
The torque will also be greatly increased! The machine will be more flexible and the power more exploitable. Please note that road use is prohibited. This room is reserved for the circuit. To increase the power, POLINI worked on the diameter of the piston (by simple increase), but also on the diagrams, the shapes of lights, POLINI also re-studied the scanning system. 
We recommend it with a detent exhaust, a minimum 30mm carburetion (round bushel will work wonderfully). If your engine is very driven, prepared, or even old, we will recommend changing the crankshaft, in passing do not hesitate to install a reinforced connecting rod kit. A set of rigid carbon valve slats will be welcome in order to exploit the good speeds.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
