Here is the kit cylinder / piston BI-SEGMENT complete 140cc from the great brand ITALKIT Engine competition 125cc 2 Time ROTAX 123, aprilia RS, AF1, EUROPA, PEGASO ... and other models.
This kit is no longer the origin, ITALKIT fully optimised this cylinder in order to offer a real power gain in comparison to the original while preserving excellent engine strength and reliability, a diameter of 57mm for the VERTEX piston or a cylinder increased to 140cc.
The cylinder is therefore an aluminum model with very well designed architecture and channels. Featuring truly well designed specific intake transfers and a large valve and booster exhaust, ovalized/extended.
The valve exhaust system is identical to the original one, the valve is not supplied with this cylinder, so you will have to take back the original part or if possible, the pneumatic valve ITALKIT!
The aluminum alloys used are excellent and will guarantee greater reliability and strength of your engine you will have understood, provided you have a perfect fit, clean and without blush. This cylinder is accompanied by a piston with two segments of the brand, VERTEX high-end with specific heat treatment. Thanks to the treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, at the same time perfectly according with this cylinder to withstand the straight covers, brutal changes of speeds and prolonged use.
We recommend it with at least:
-A relaxing exhaust
-A carburation at a minimum of 30mm (flat bushel will suit perfectly)
-Pneumatic valve ITALKIT
-If your engine is prepared, or old, we will recommend changing the crankshaft, by the way do not hesitate to place a reinforced rod kit. -A set of rigid carbon valve slats will also be welcome to exploit the right diets.
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the plunger and skirt stockings is also included in this change. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
Second option, stage 2 preparation, diagrams passed at 132° / 195°, exhaust boosters passed at 192°, recommended with a mounting without base joint to pass on a squish of 1,1mm and a ratio of 14,5 : 1!
