A very good kit for piaggio, its architecture, the shape of its exhaust and its study gives it a perfect sweep. Dr racing has on this kit fitted a cylinder head with polished hemispherical combustion chamber, the compression ratio is 1:12 so really perfect for this kit. It is 48mm in diameter so with the original piaggio race (39.3mm), it offers 71cc Its cast iron is here treated MINACROM (patent filed MOTOR PARTS "addition of chrome"). This kit is really extremely solid and favors the couple without forgetting the high speeds. Attention, the cylinder head is delivered without water connection but the TOP PERFORMANCES connection is mounted without modification on it!
Its piston worked on the cylinder has 2 segments so a domed chrome (S10). The cylinder head is obviously aluminum in order to better dissipate heat. We will recommend it to ride every day (except France because it is not approved) or for the stunt thanks to its torque and its strength.
We recommend to accompany this kit : 17.5mm carburetion, torque-based racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, cold racing spark plug.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
