Here is the biggest kit for your euro 5 scooters from 2021 aimed at getting the best possible performance thanks to the quality of the kit and its new management of injection, ignition and other parameters!!!!

This aluminum cylinder with a diameter of Ø49mm will be delivered to you with two joints of different thicknesses, for engines with 2 or 4 valves. The heat exchange surfaces have been modified to be larger.

The high-end bored aluminum cylinder with a diameter of 49mm (78.5cc real). Its piston with high silicon content is very resistant and can therefore withstand the highest revs. It is designed to give more compression and increase power, its steel segments are made to reduce friction as much as possible!

This cylinder is sold without the cylinder head because it is studied on the original cylinder head! This kit can release the power of 7hp, with the MALOSSI camshaft, a good exhaust like the TURBOKIT, a sports air filter, the MALOSSI variator and its belt...

This kit can take 7.5 to 8hp! It could even wait for 8.5hp with a preparation of the cylinder head (ducts, polishing of the chamber, over-compression...). Use only good oil and SP98!

Unlike the POLINI , this version mounts well on EURO 5, and no need to "bridge wires", remove the old box, put this one back, adjust the installation procedure and you're done!

This engine reprogramming box allows to review the injection (ideal in combination with a large engine kit, but it also works on an original engine, although a special box exists for the original engine), and allows also to review the ignition curve, but above all to unleash the maximum engine speed of the original scooter (it releases at more than 10,000rpm). The power gain is very significant!

Designed to be ready to use, that is to say compatible with the system of sensors and the original actuators, the control unit only needs a simple adjustment of the opening of the throttle, in order to synchronize the electronic engine control system.
