Here is the 80cc kit in 49mm diameter without cylinder head from DR Racing. This cylinder with its piston will allow you to increase your power and your engine torque thanks to a higher displacement (actual 78.6cc) and a revised bore.
Made from quality cast iron alloys, heat exchange will be excellent and cooling improved.This cylinder is accompanied by a compact ASSO piston allowing more high revs, top speed and torque at low revs.
Delivered as presented, cylinder, piston, segments, axis, clips, seal pack .... To accompany with your original cylinder head that you can prepare if you wish (improvement of the ducts, polishing of the chamber, ... ).
This kit can give out a good power (6 to 6,5hp), you can accompany it with a sports exhaust line like the TURBOKIT, a MALOSSI camshaft, a sports air filter to breathe well . A good variator like the TOP PERFORMANCES to make good use of the power! Your scooter will be able to output 7.5 to 8.5 hp against the original 4.5! Only use SP 98!
