80cc Ø49mm MALOSSI aluminum kit with INJTRONIC SCOOTER 50 4T PIAGGIO LIBERTY IGET, ZIP, VESPA PRIMAVERA, SPRINT 2018

Here is the biggest kit for your euro 4 scooters from 2018 aiming to get the best performance possible thanks to the quality of the kit and its new management of injection, ignition and other parameters !!!!

This aluminum cylinder with a diameter of Ø49mm will be delivered with two seals of different thickness, for engines with 2 or 4 valves. The heat exchange surfaces have been modified to be more enlarged.

The high-end aluminum cylinder bored with a diameter of 49mm (actual 78.5cc). Its piston with high silicon content is very resistant and can therefore withstand the highest speeds. It is designed to give more compression and increase power, its steel segments are made to reduce friction as much as possible!

This cylinder is sold without the cylinder head because it is studied on the original cylinder head! This kit can bring out the power of 7hp, with the MALOSSI camshaft, a good exhaust like the TURBOKIT, a sport air filter, the MALOSSI variator and its belt ...

This kit can take 7.5 to 8hp! It could even wait for 8.5hp with a preparation of the cylinder head (conduits, polishing of the chamber, over-compression ...). Use only good oil and SP98!

Unlike the POLINI, this version mounts well on EURO 4, and no need to "bridge wires", remove the old box, put it back, set the installation procedure and voila!

This engine reprogramming box allows you to review the injection (ideal in combination with a large engine kit, but it also works on an original engine, although a special box exists for the original engine), and allows also to review the ignition curve, but especially to unleash the maximum engine speed of the original scooter (we release more than 10,000rpm). The power gain is very significant!

Designed to be ready to use, i.e. compatible with the original sensor system and actuators, the control unit needs only a simple adjustment of the opening of the throttle valve to synchronize the electronic engine control system.
