For lovers of 50cc speed equipped with a Derbi Euro3 / Euro4 engine, Stage6 offers here the complete stage6 MKII Sport pro 50cc cylinder. The watchwords in this range are: simplicity, performance and reliability!
Here you will find a 50cc aluminum cylinder from the sport range with nickasil coating. Everything is designed and designed for daily use of your bike.
Contains the following parts:
- Cylinder 50cc diam. 40mm aluminum with 5 intake transfers and booster exhaust light
- Piston complete bi-segments
- High compression aluminium monobloc cup
- Joint pouch (base and cap)
The design of this cylinder is based on that of his older brother, Stage6 Big Racing. The main technical features of this high engine are outlined below:

A 50 mm design allowing large intake ducts and a large cooling volume
At the performance level, this Sport MKII version positions itself at the top of the classification of cylinders of equivalent range. This, thanks to large intake ducts allowing good filling of the lower engine and a booster exhaust ensuring rapid evacuation of the burned gases. The diagrams (118° - 181°) offer a wide range of use and guarantee excellent road behaviour.
In order to ensure reliable performance, Stage6 opted for a two-segment piston. Using a two-segment piston slightly reduces the performance of the cylinder but significantly increases its service life. The architecture of this new cylinder, inspired by that of its older brother, Stage6 Big Racing, has a considerable water chamber to cool your engine efficiently during your journeys.
To fully exploit the performance of this Stage6 MKII Sport 50cc cylinder, we recommend that you combine it with a 21mm carburetor (minimum) and a Stage6 Streetrace exhaust (or equivalent model of another brand). Please note, if your crankshaft is more than 5000 kilometers away, we recommend replacing it with a new reinforced.
