Top engine RF50WR Racing COMPETITION – DERBI E3 – Ø40mm
This high-end part is the Racing version of the RF50WR top engine, designed exclusively for DERBI E3 engine with 39.7mm stroke crankshaft and 85mm connecting rod.
Through careful design work, the valve heights and compression ratio have been optimized to deliver exceptional performance. For optimal operation, this part must be used with the following components:
Exhaust pipe Ref. 150 00 588
Racing Factory Ignition Ref. 140 00 382
Complete Racing Intake: VForce3i HONDA CR85 reed valve, CR85 manifold, KEIHIN PWK Ø28 or Ø30mm carburetor
This configuration is aimed at an experienced audience, with the technical skills necessary for the assembly, tuning and regular maintenance of this type of engine. It is not recommended for everyday use, in which case the adaptable version is preferable.
Advanced design:
The cylinder was fully modeled in 3D CAD. Its water chamber surrounds all the transfers and exhaust with a constant thickness, ensuring excellent thermal stability and optimal heat dissipation.
The cylinder head, also made of heat-treated aluminum, incorporates a water chamber around the combustion chamber. It is self-centering and extends 2.4 mm into the bore for efficient and even cooling.
Exhaust flange:
The specific exhaust flange is fixed by 4 screws, but a classic flange with 2 holes with a center distance of 48 mm can also be fitted. Several adaptable flanges are available separately to accommodate the majority of exhausts on the market:
