High performance POLINI kit for VESPA 300 4T. you should know that the basic VESPA 300 4T with its 63mm stroke and its 75mm bore, is actually 278cc real! This kit with its 77mm diameter, increases your displacement to 294cc real and above all, it allows you to increase the compression ratio to 12.5:1! Cooling, reinforcement... Everything is improved on the kit!

Drawing on the technology used for Formula 1 engines, Polini Motori has designed a thermal unit which sets itself as a reference in the development of Piaggio 300 engines.

Thanks to the special steel barrel with Nicasil coating and the "HTR" ring (High Turbulence Ring) it was possible to increase the bore to 77mm, bringing the displacement from the original 278cc to 294cc: a explosion of incredible power to the engine of your scooter.

The Polini thermal unit for Vespa 300 GTS and Beverly is mounted without any modification to the original crankcase and cylinder heads.

The “HTR” ring represents a unique feature in the scooter segment: it not only improves the squish effect, but also allows a large bearing surface for the cylinder head gasket, thus ensuring the high reliability of this component.

The piston has a particularly extended skirt to resist the lateral thrusts generated by the connecting rod; the combustion chamber cut into the piston crown is shaped to have an optimal compression ratio with large squish strips that mate with the original cylinder head.

For proper operation, it is mandatory to install the ECU box available for the Euro 3-4 model with the reference 171.0015 and for the Euro 5 model with the reference 171.0017.

Performance with the new kit is already tangible at low revs and the engine performs well at every rpm.

The set should ideally be accompanied by at least a sports variator, a special reprogramming or a box, a long transmission can absolutely be pulled!
