Here is the Ø63mm maxi kit in Ø14mm MALOSSI piston pin for PIAGGIO , APRILIA , DERBI , VESPA,... in 125cc. As usual MALOSSI has made a powerful, solid, torquey and very high-end kit. 
This little monster will project your displacement from 125cc to 183cc real extreme performance. MALOSSI has for this thermal group found the perfect race / diameter ratio, this cylinder will be easily supported by your original crankshaft.
It already runs in competition and in endurance, that is to say if it is tested… Let's see now rather how MALOSSI did to increase the performance of the high engine, it obviously did not stop increasing the diameter of the piston cylinder! Here are the technical characteristics of the kit:
Cylinder
Material: primary aluminum alloy with a high content of quenched and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two passes of diamonds, with very strict tolerances.
Machining: by high-precision CNC machine tools.
Cylinder-piston couplings with coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm.
Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.
Piston
Extra compact has three segments.
Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.
Machining by CNC machine tools
Lightened and strengthened.
Larger heat exchange surfaces.
Segments
Compression - specials with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.
1st scraper ring - in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.
2nd scraper ring - three-piece special steel, chrome-plated.
With this kit you are therefore in position of an ultra robust, powerful and safe equipment! No more soft accelerations, limited top speeds… Disappointing pick-ups! Attention, this kit is still not to be put in just anyone's hands... Informed pilot!
