As usual, MALOSSI has made a powerful, solid, torquey and very high-end kit. This little monster will project your displacement of 125cc or 200cc to 218cc real extreme performance. MALOSSI has found the perfect stroke/diameter ratio for this thermal group, this cylinder will be easily supported by your original crankshaft. It already runs in competition and in endurance, which means that it is tested... It is sold with its valves and springs which will allow you to exploit all its potential thanks to its study of the valves enlarged to the maximum and the overcompression of this one. It is also sold with its camshaft for maximum valve opening.

Cylinder

Material: primary aluminum alloy with a high content of quenched and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two diamond passes, with very strict tolerances.
Machining: by high-precision CN machine tools.
Cylinder-piston couplings with 0.05mm mating tolerance.
Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Piston

Extra compact with three segments. Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion with tin application on the sliding walls.
Machining by CN machine tools
Lightened and reinforced.
Enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Segments

Compression - special with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.
1st oil ring - in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.
2nd oil ring - in three pieces of special steel, chrome-plated.

Valves

A completely new line of valves for scooters with a 4-stroke engine has just been created. This line is intended to cover the entire range of vehicles most widely available on the world market. This is a high quality production, developed for use in competition or sports. These valves are manufactured with the best raw materials and with the most advanced production processes.

Like all Malossi products, before being put into production, these valves have been subjected to the most severe tests and all production is constantly fully controlled, according to ISO 9001 standards.
