Here is the kit MALOSSI CDC Group 1 polygonal air Peugeot 103, attention, this model is only reserved with the competition. This kit is normally mounted with the polygonal cylinder head MALOSSI Ø40m, however this breech is now found, nothing prevents you ask a normal head but aesthetically d.40mm MALOSSI cylinder head will be smaller than the cylinder.
This kit is an excellent basis for preparation, it has an exhaust has bar, 6 transfers, alloy and high quality nykasil treatment. The exhaust outlet is in Ø20mm to have no loss torque / high speed in combination with a good exhaust G1 competition and a carburetor PHBG Ø15mm. The diagrams are low enough, the cylinder is adapted to a small configuration.
At the time, it was mounted with a 15mm PHBG carburetor kit and an exhaust MALOSSI Group 1. The base has a very elaborate architecture, the channels are extremely well drawn but this kit requires an alignment of the crankcase. The piston is a model forged very high standard and is equipped with one end segment chrome domed hard to enable higher speeds.
This kit is a model of competition, it comes with 3 joints and 2 base gaskets to fully determine your squish, in addition, it comes with a reinforced needle cage and two rods (pions) cylinder / cylinder head, this pegs are not necessarily raised but allow you to center your combustion chamber in the cylinder. To install these rods (also called needles) you will need to break the yoke!
We advise to accompany this kit with at least: reinforced crankshaft and bearings, housings prepared aligned, 15mm carburetor phbg, carbon valves, 15mm pipe, exhaust of relaxation group 1 if possible!
