Description

Here is the complete liquid-cooled kit from AIRSAL for the Peugeot 103. This small 50cc model is a really good top end for a very low price! Compared to the original kit, here are the improved parameters: firstly, the port timings have been improved; secondly, the combustion chamber is a high-compression hemispherical model with a polished finish; and finally, the piston is a thin single-ring design (1mm thick) to allow for high RPMs.


The finish is very good on this model; the cylinder features a 6-transfer port design with an oval exhaust port. It is made of Nikasil-coated aluminum. The piston is a mid-range single-ring design, with minor porting on the rear skirt to improve scavenging. It has a thin, 1mm thick, standard-range, non-chromed, non-domed, and non-pre-run-in piston ring.




The kit comes complete with its gasket pack. It will therefore provide a significant power boost without any loss of torque, and all at an unbeatable price.




We recommend this kit with : 15 to 19mm carburetor with 0.30mm reed valve, expansion chamber exhaust, variator modification to make good use of the higher power range than the original, original shaped base gasket as not supplied with the kit, B9HS spark plug.

As an option, we offer a Stage 1 preparation. This preparation involves modifying the exhaust port by increasing the port timing and improving the flow, thus increasing cylinder performance. Skirt modifications are also included in this service. Please allow a little extra time for this preparation.
