Here is the kit in 6 transfers proposed by TEKNIX. We do not hide this kit is the AIRSAL T6 identical. It is a small kit 50cc with 6 transfers for Peugeot 103, FOX, HONDA WALLAROO air cooling. Certainly not expensive, but beware, we are very far from MALOSSI and POLINI although it is not so bad!
The cylinder is made of good quality aluminum treated nykasil, this nykasil is of medium range. It therefore has 6 intake transfers and a standard oval exhaust. The diagrams are good and between two torque / power (to our measurements on our series 103 ° / 112 ° / 160 °, may vary depending on series).
At the base, the transfers are slightly enlarged! Where we will be very disappointed, it is especially at the level of the channels that are really not studied ... We are far from the engineering offices MALOSSI, POLINI, ATHENA, ... But at such a price! We can not have everything. Apart from this, the finish of the lights internally is relatively mitigated and limited. To get a better sweep, AIRSAL has put a small piston with a preparation on the back skirt!
In addition this piston is in single-segment to allow good high speeds! The segment is obviously not hard chrome domed ... This is a standard segment. In short, this cylinder brings a small performance gain and this for a price unbeatable! It is solid and of good quality, remember that we are far from the Chinese material, AIRSAL is a Spanish brand known since the dawn of time. However, we will not consider this cylinder as a hyper racing and this will only be because of its channels that are in no way studied.
We recommend this kit with : high compression yoke, spark plug B9 to B10, exhaust of expansion, blade of valve 0,30mm, settings carburation, carburation 15mm PHBG to exploit well but not necessary obligatorily.

In option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
