Complete assembled engine RRD SPORT ECO 70cc MBK 88, AV44... / motobecane AV7 low or high mounting

RRD SPORT 70cc engine for MOTOBECANE, MBK machines with AV7 engine. For users wishing to preserve the intake to the cylinder and the AV7 architecture without switching to the AV10. Engine with quality parts to obtain maximum performance while preserving the 70cc displacement. This engine is built to take good power at a speed of 7,000 rpm (unprepared cylinder) or 9,000 rpm (stage 1 preparation). It comes pre-adjusted with an SHA 15mm carburetor. The installed ignition is an entry-level ignition, the same goes for the SHA 15mm carburetion, it is not real DELLORTO !

Much higher quality motor than P2R motors or other types of low price motors found on the internet.

This engine is the most efficient for AV7, we equip it with :

TEKNIX crankshaft normal stroke

AIRSAL 70cc stock kit, or prepared STAGE 1 for more performance

RRD 70cc 47mm high base cylinder head (you can remove it and add a low mounting in your basket if necessary)

-15mm SHA carburetor preset specifically for this engine (be careful, this is not a real DELLORTO )

-15mm intake pipe

-MORIYAMA type ignition set specifically for this engine (1.8mm before TDC) (be careful, this is not the real high-end MORIYAMA)

-Screws necessary for engine assembly including set of long P2R cylinder head nuts

-Motor spring lugs for original spring

-Joints necessary for engine assembly

*If desired, you can remove the cylinder head or other part from the pack and choose another part in your basket! You can also choose to remove the carburetion. Or remove the ignition and choose a less expensive one from your cart.

*In view of the quality, we are obliged to use better quality SKF type bearings, so they should not be removed from the pack.

*Attention, engine delivered :

-Without the BR8HIX spark plug, highly recommended after running-in/adjustment and the BR8HS for running-in/adjustment

-Without the DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley (recommended)

-Without DOPPLER ER2 variator (recommended, take version without clutch)

-Without belt (recommended, the fine HUTCHINSON 5324, depending on the chassis)

It is up to you to obtain a voltage regulator, high voltage cable, etc. If desired. (parts offered at the bottom of this product)

*300KM break-in, MOTUL 800 oil at 2% or 2.5%, SP98 no more than 2 months old, octane booster recommended.
