Complete engine assembled RRD SPORT 70cc MBK 88, AV44 ... / motobecane AV7 low or high fixing

RRD SPORT 70cc engine for MOTOBECANE, MBK machines with AV7 engine. For users wishing to preserve the admission to the cylinder and the AV7 architecture without switching to the AV10. Engine with a nice bore-stroke ratio of 45mm X 41.8mm, the 45mm allows you to stay on a fairly light piston. This engine is built to take good power at a speed of 6,500 rpm (cylinder not prepared) or 9,000 rpm (stage 1 preparation). It comes preset with a 15mm SHA carburettor. The posed ignition is a very high quality ignition!

This engine is the most efficient for AV7, we equip it with :

- ARTEK normal stroke crankshaft

- Kit AIRSAL 45mm stock, or prepared STAGE 1 (be careful, we do not recommend taking STAGE 2 with the carburetion, cylinder head and ignition provided in this engine, for stage 2, take the RACING engine)

- RRD cylinder head basic high fixing (you can remove it and add a low fixing in your basket if necessary)

- 15mm SHA carburettor preset specifically for this engine

- 15mm intake pipe

-B8HS spark plug

-MORYAMA ignition set specifically for this engine (1.8mm before TDC)

- Hardware required for engine mounting including set of long P2R cylinder head nuts

-Seals required for engine mounting

*If desired, you can remove the cylinder head or other part from the pack and choose another part in your basket! You can also choose to remove the carburation. Or remove the ignition and choose a less expensive one from your basket.

*Attention, engine delivered :

-Without the mainspring support because you can choose a racing spring like an original type spring!

- Without the BR8HIX spark plug highly recommended after break-in / adjustment

- Without the DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley (recommended)

- Without variator DOPPLER ER2 (recommended, take version without clutch)

- Without belt (recommended, the fine HUTCHINSON 5324, according to chassis)

It is up to you to obtain voltage regulator, high voltage cable... If desired. (parts offered at the bottom of this product)

* 300KM break-in, MOTUL 800 oil at 2% or even 2.5%, SP98 no more than 2 months old, octane booster recommended.
