RRD SPORT 50cc engine for MOTOBECANE, MBK machines with AV7 engine. For users wishing to preserve the admission to the cylinder and the AV7 architecture without switching to the AV10. Engine with quality parts to obtain maximum performance while preserving the 50cc displacement. This engine is built to take good power at a speed of 7,000 rpm (cylinder not prepared) or 9,000 rpm (stage 1 preparation). It comes preset with a 15mm SHA carburettor. The ignition posed is an entry-level ignition, ditto for the SHA 15mm carburetor, it is not genuine DELLORTO !

Much higher quality motor than P2R motors or other type of first price motors found on the internet.

This engine is the most efficient for AV7, we equip it with :

TEKNIX normal stroke crankshaft

AIRSAL 50cc stock, or prepared STAGE 1 for more performance

TEKNIX head basic high fixing (you can remove it and add a low fixing in your basket if necessary)

- 15mm SHA carburettor preset specifically for this engine (beware, this is not a genuine DELLORTO )

- 15mm intake pipe

-MORIYAMA type ignition keyed specifically for this engine (1.8mm before TDC) (be careful, this is not the real top-of-the-range MORIYAMA)

- Hardware required for engine mounting including set of long P2R cylinder head nuts

-Motor spring legs for original spring

-Seals required for engine mounting

*If desired, you can remove the cylinder head or other part from the pack and choose another part in your basket! You can also choose to remove the carburation. Or remove the ignition and choose a less expensive one from your basket.

*Attention, engine delivered :

- Without the BR8HIX spark plug highly recommended after break-in / adjustment and the BR8HS for break-in / adjustment

- Without the DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley (recommended)

- Without variator DOPPLER ER2 (recommended, take version without clutch)

- Without belt (recommended, the fine HUTCHINSON 5324, according to chassis)

It is up to you to obtain voltage regulator, high voltage cable... If desired. (parts offered at the bottom of this product)

* 300KM break-in, MOTUL 800 oil at 2% or even 2.5%, SP98 no more than 2 months old, octane booster recommended.
