Description

It's finally available and exclusively at RRD - PREPARATION. The famous SIMONINI Anaconda V2 varnished exhaust for Peugeot 103 SPX, RCX, MVX, CLIP, FUN (kick-starter can be lowered) and VOGUE.

The installation is also possible on SP, MVL, LM... You'll need a small MALOSSI silent block (or the POLINI silent block supplied with POLINI engine springs or POLINI crankcases), and drilling the exhaust mounting bracket may be necessary! It may fit with the center stand, depending on the version! Obviously, you'll need a flat exhaust gasket , and if your bolts are worn, a set of two exhaust bolts !

Simonini Anaconda 103 pot

This varnished steel-colored exhaust is made of stamped and welded sheet steel. It works very well on torquey engines that deliver their power around 8,500 RPM! It's particularly well-suited to stock engines with a 15mm or 16mm carburetor, and to torque-oriented engines like the POLINI 70cc Cast Iron or W, or the AIRSAL T3W 70cc. It's ideal for maximizing torque and pulling relatively tall gearing on torque-oriented tuned engines. We recommend not exceeding 120/180 port timings! The integrated silencer is filled with rock wool, which can be replaced by removing the rivets.

Ultimately, it's a sporty and discreet exhaust. It's not street legal but intended for closed tracks and competition use.

Interview :

-We recommend a coat of high-temperature black paint every 5,000 km

-Small diameter silencer to keep the exhaust compact. The packing should be changed every 2,500 km / 5,000 km. To change it, you must drill out the rivets, remove the old packing, insert the new packing, and then rivet it in place with new rivets! Use only high-quality ceramic packing !

Ideal setup idea :

- SIMONINI ANACONDA exhaust, if type SP, MVL... with MALOSSI silent pot, or POLINI silent block supplied with POLINI SP springs and POLINI crankcases

AIRSAL T3W 70 46mm or POLINI FONTE 46mm cylinder

POLINI 46mm cylinder head with 1.2mm squish

-Dellorto SHA 16 carburetor (3 screens removed from the filter, jet between 74 and 78)

-Original type crankshaft with hollow masses ( TEKNIX , original...)

-15mm intake manifold extended to 16mm + POLINI flat reed valve (or reed valve assembly with MALOSSI 15mm intake manifold extended to 16mm)

-Original variator modified to operate at 7,500 rpm (or SPORT variator set to 7,500 rpm)

-Lighter clutch to start engaging around 5,000 rpm (4 balls on 103 type SP, hard DOPPLER springs on type SPX)

-Electronic ignition with ATHENA SPORT CDI or MVT MILLENIUM ignition

-B8HS spark plug with LB05EMH interference suppressor

-SP98 fuel with 2% MOTUL 800 ROAD

-Original engine spring on SPX type, POLINI engine spring or other on SP type, be careful to tension it properly from the start, but be careful not to overtighten it so as not to convert your power into heat and friction! Do not install a spring that is too stiff!

-Recommended final drive: 11-tooth sprocket x 48-tooth chainring for approximately 80-85 km/h GPS with 17" rims (90/95 km/h on a moped speedometer)

*The resulting speed may vary depending on the wheel circumference and the variator range or pulley diameter! The smaller the variator and rims, the more teeth you need to reduce on the sprocket!
