Here is the escape pot of the Spanish house YASUNI for PEUGEOT 103 SP, MV, MVL, VOGUE...
This exhaust has a rolled / plasma welded body in thin 1:1 high resonance. This body is made with 8 cones, one can say that for an exhaust of the trade, it is quite worked. Of course, to preserve a low price, the pot's horn remains in a bottled shell! The inlet inner diameter (rotule) is 28mm and the output diameter is 20mm! We haven't tested this exhaust yet but the manufacturing plans let us think it will be rather oriented 70cc and rather oriented on "mid-range" diagrams or otherwise medium type 125 / 180°.
Recall the importance of the manufacturer technician on a 2T exhaust, on the same exhaust manufactured in the same steels, you can have about 20% power difference, just by the way the stain is welded, whose weld is taped and relaxed!!! And skill level, YASUNI is in the top of the basket for over 30 years. They made many escapes from GRAND PRIX in the great GP era!
Careful, to improve performance, YASUNI delivers the exhaust with a MBK 51 M32 screwdriver! Make sure your cylinder has the M32 thread so that you can install it, otherwise you'll have to find another two screw flange ball.
The pot is obviously delivered with all its fixations, springs, visserie...
The silencer is the famous Yasuni with two machined parts aluminum mass at the ends. You can choose the color of these tips! As always at home YASUNI, the fixation of the silencer is two screws and the leak tube is reinforced!
