Description

Here it is finally available at RRD -PREPARATION. The famous SIMONINI Anaconda V2 exhaust for Peugeot 103 SPX, RCX, MVX, CLIP, FUN (the kick can go down) and VOGUE.

Mounting is also possible on SP, MVL, LM... A small MALOSSI silent pot is required and drilling of the pot mounting bracket may be necessary! Can fit with the center stand depending on the version!

This black exhaust is made of stamped/welded steel sheet. It works very well on torquey engines producing power around 8,500 rpm! It is therefore appreciated on an original engine with a 15mm or 16mm carburetor, and on torque-oriented engines such as the POLINI 70cc Fonte or W! The AIRSAL T3W 70cc... It is therefore ideal for playing on the torque and pulling fairly long transmissions on torque-prepared engines. It is recommended not to exceed 120/180 diagram level! The integrated silencer is filled with rock wool, which can be changed by removing the rivets.

Ultimately, it's a sporty and discreet exhaust. It's not road-legal but reserved for closed roads and competition.

Maintains :

-We recommend a coat of high temperature black paint every 5,000km

-Small diameter silencer so that the pot remains compact, wool change recommended every 2,500km / 5,000KM, for the change, you must drill the rivets, remove the old wool, replace the new one, then rivet with new rivets! Only use high quality ceramic wool !

AIRSAL T3W 70 46mm or POLINI FONTE 46mm cylinder

POLINI 46mm cylinder head

- SHA 16 Dellorto carburetor (3 grids removed in the filter, jet between 74 and 78)

-Original type crankshaft with hollow masses ( TEKNIX , original...)

-15mm pipe changed to 16mm + flat POLINI valve (or reed valve box with MALOSSI 15mm pipe changed to 16mm)

-Original variator modified to operate 7,500 rpm (or SPORT variator set to 7,500 rpm)

-Lightened clutch side to start engaging around 5,000 rpm (4 balls on 103 SP type, DOPPLER hard springs on SPX type)

-Electronic ignition with CDI SPORT ATHENA or MVT MILLENIUM ignition

-B8HS spark plug with LB05EMH suppressor

-SP98 fuel with 2% MOTUL 800 ROAD

-Original engine spring on SPX type, POLINI engine spring or other on SP TYPE, be careful to tighten it well from the start, be careful not to be too tense so as not to transform your power into heating and friction! Do not fit a spring that is too hard!

-Recommended final drive: 11 pinion X 48 crown for around 80KM/H - 85KM/H GPS with 17" rims (90 / 95KM/H moped speedometer)

*The speed result may vary depending on the wheel circumference and the variator range or pulley diameter! The "smaller" the variator and rims, the more you need to reduce the number of teeth on the crown!
