Complete assembled engine RRD POLINI SPORT 70cc MBK 51 / motobecane av10

Complete air-cooled engine delivered assembled and ready to ride! We have equipped this engine with POLINI crankcases, a reinforced DOPPLER ER1 crankshaft.

*For installation on an AV7 high mount chassis, use this adapter!

For intake / carburetion: standard POLINI valves with carbon fiber slats matched to the engine, rigid Ø19mm pipe.

For the ignition part, we install an electronic racing MORIYAMA set at 1.5mm before TDC (we use the high-end MORIYAMA, we refuse the installation of the entry-level MORIYAMA types which pose major reliability problems). For the top engine, we chose the POLINI 46mm W with POLINI RADIAL cylinder head!

The engine is delivered without spark plug, in the basic configuration we recommend a B8HS for adjustments and break-in, then a BR9HIX.

Engine to break in 500km. Use quality 100% synthetic oil at 2.5% in SP98 or SP100. To be installed with the original mainspring (not supplied) and the original spring base (supplied). To be accompanied by an original CDI (not supplied) or racing CDI (not supplied). And to install with an original released exhaust or a sports exhaust (highly recommended, not supplied). Remember to use a quality belt in good condition! (not provided)

Stage 1 engine preparation is available (in-cylinder option).

Possible speed with good acceleration: 90 to 110km/h depending on transmission.

Target speed: Around 8,500 rpm without preparation and 10,500 rpm with STAGE 1 preparation.

Delivered :

-Without dimmer (you can add a dimmer to the basket, we refuse the installation of original first price type dimmers, it will be installed by you). We recommend at least a DOPPLER ER2 with a DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley for the best!

-Without mainspring or mainspring attachment ( DOPPLER spring with white spring recommended)

-Without CDI or high voltage coil

-Without spark plug (B8HS and BR9HIX recommended)
