New POLINI cast iron kit with integrated reed valve system! In short, this new cylinder is the result of POLINI 's 25 years of experience on the booster engine at cylinder and intake level. They have architected the cylinder specifically for the BIG VALVE reed valve box, and they have integrated the BIG VALVE directly into the cylinder mold. We are therefore on a large diameter 47mm cylinder, oval exhaust for maximum robustness, a new intake distribution. A high compression cylinder head with a well-worked polished hemispherical chamber. Regarding the reed valves, POLINI has integrated a reed valve box with diffuser and an adjustable intake pipe to effectively cut heat and vibrations.
*The kit is available in 10 or 12mm axle depending on your crankshaft! Remember that a 12mm axle is much stronger!
We recommend it with at least: reinforced crankshaft, 21mm CP carburetion, reinforced bearings, racing exhaust.
