Here is a kit 70cc first prize of the Spanish house AIRSAL, the model that we call sport mono-segment, this kit also exists in luxury with piston TECH at the price of 138 euros with us! This kit has certainly a low price but yet of a quality and performance well present.
In relation to the two-segment model, it will offer more high speed (this is hardly noticeable) but less longevity and less torque, the piston of the other model is a luxury vertex a bi segment, this one is a lower end so less accurate and solid. Diagrams that are quite low will agree with a small configuration type exhaust + carburetor 21mm.
The finish is not at the top but it remains very correct in relation to the price. The piston is therefore the single-segment chrome hard domed model, it does not have a side grease but a small preparation on the rear skirt to improve the scan and a thin segment of 1mm. The cylinder head is a high compression, the chamber is incoming in order to have a good alignment chamber / cylinder and good resistance of the cylinder head gaskets.
The room is a hemispherical model polished finish. This cylinder head allows you if desired to reconnect the antifreeze on your carburetor. This cylinder is delivered with 2 base seals in order to put the desired squish. Clearly this cylinder is really a superb value for money! It will certainly perform less than a MALOSSI MHR, BIDALOT, or POLINI ... But it will still be very good.
We recommend it with at least : carburation 21mm with prepa air box + slats of valves 0,30mm (original pipe, original valves and diffuser of valves of origin can be preserved), muffler racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, cold racing candle ... Attention, this cylinder has an exhaust outlet in Ø28mm and is delivered without shim to 25mm, if you have an exhaust pipe in Ø25mm you will need a shim exhaust.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
