This 70cc MALOSSI MHR kit is a real concentrate of performance thanks to its design, its study, its architecture and the elements that accompany it. Its nicasil treated aluminum cylinder with specific heat treatment, has an excellent finish and is equipped with 6 enlarged and worked intake transfers with a huge bar exhaust.
The piston is a high quality single segment model in diameter Ø47.6mm favoring high speeds (reduction of friction), equipped with its fine convex lapped chrome segment, reinforced C clips and its 12mm axle. The piston has been created from the best materials to guarantee good resistance to heat and temperature changes with an external graphite coating for an even lower coefficient of friction.
Delivered 100% complete as presented with set of joints to make the squish, studs, accessories, screws, valve slats, single segment piston...
Cylinder head not supplied, available alone or with included in the kit (see in the spare parts at the bottom of the description).
We recommend accompanying this high engine with at least: Ø21mm carburetion, an intake kit, a racing exhaust, an ultra-reinforced crankshaft, C4 or Celeron reinforced bearings, racing cold spark plug, 100% synthetic racing engine oil, a variation large range, racing ignition, careful and follow-up running-in, proper assembly, etc.
As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
