A very good kit from malossi which combines performance and solidity. Its 47mm diameter offers 68cc. The cylinder is made of top-of-the-range cast iron bored using CS machines, the transfer ducts are specially designed to obtain maximum performance. The diagrams are based between the peak and the torque, we won't recommend it for extreme power, that's for sure, but for stunt driving every day (outside France because it's not approved) it's excellent, its aluminum cylinder head allows very good cooling and is obviously in a high compression chamber.
It comes with special reinforced seals, carbon valve slats studied on the cylinder, a piston with side grease nipples in special alloy reinforced in bi segment. We will have appreciated that it is very complete with its valves, its booklet... and its special training. You can do a good 25,000 km with this type of kit by changing the piston every 8,000 to 10,000 km. In case of tightening, you just have to rebore it, it costs less than buying a kit and can still increase the performance of the kit.
We recommend fitting at least with this kit: racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug, 17.5mm carburetor, reinforced bearings and crankshaft.

Cast iron thermal units D. 47: the maximum balance between performance and duration of the components. Designed and developed with the specific objective of obtaining a thermal unit capable of guaranteeing high reliability as well as the improvement of the internal thermo and fluido-dynamic systems. The Malossi technicians, thanks to the experience in the preparation of the engines for the competition, brought to the maximum levels the thermo-dynamics of the thermal groups in cast iron and they took care of the internal fluido-dynamics of the thermal group (see the transfer ducts, exhaust and combustion chamber) obtaining a high turbulence in the combustion chamber, which has allowed to reduce in a consistent way both the specific consumptions and the exhaust pollution.

As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
