The most powerful 70cc cast iron kit after the Top performances rose à stud for minarelli liquid scooter, it is a minacrom treated cast iron cylinder. It is the only one in its category (single-segment cast iron) which has 8 transfers, 6 of which are opposed and two are placed later to optimize filling and sweeping. The exhaust is normal (1 single port) and the mono segment piston is in lightened alloy with a pearly silver surface treatment. Driving this type of overpowered kit requires some experience and this part is really designed for competition. It is relatively torquey, powerful and solid, it really has a great reputation but you also have to look at the versions with stud and prepared stud which are even more efficient.
Peak level is also very impressive. The diagrams are very appreciable, they are stack based peak/torque, the single segment offers very good high speeds. You can also do a lot of km because it is very solid (it's the magic of minacrom treated cast iron) and you can rebore it at a lower cost in 47.4mm diameter (we have all the spare parts). We will also have appreciated the cylinder head in tapered and polished combustion chamber. The piston of the DR d.47mm kit also fits on it without modifications if you ever want to switch this kit to a two-segment.
We advise to mount at least with this kit: racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug, tuning and racing carburetion d.21mm, reinforced bearings and crankshaft.

As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
