The kit is prepared for stage 1 as well as its 2 pistons! So you will already have your next piston prepared when you perform maintenance!

The pack contains:

- 2x Ø47mm pistons prepared single-segment

- 2x steel segments Ø47mm by thickness 1mm

- 2x piston pins Ø13mm

- 2x G piston clips

- Prepared Ø47mm cylinder, bar exhaust, 4 intake transfers

- Reinforced head gasket

We recommend that you accompany this kit with at least:

Reinforced crankshaft (this kit releases a lot of torque even original), 17mm PHBG carburetion with pipe, 0.25mm or 0.30mm valve strips, large diameter cylinder head (the POLINI is very suitable), cold racing spark plug, lightening of the variator or spring hardening, racing exhaust suitable for torquey kits ( DOPPLER ER1 for example)... Be careful, if you want to use a decompressor and not an electrical circuit breaker to turn off the machine, you will have to re-drill the conduit in the cylinder.

This preparation includes a selection of the best part from our stock, a clear improvement in the shape and exhaust diagram as well as a special retouching of the cylinder skirt and piston for better sweeping / filling according to our best tests. An improvement in the lubrication and cooling of the bar (cross type) is made in passing with a view to the speeds obtained after preparation. This preparation requires an additional period of 2 to 15 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and around 4 to 5 hours of work on this cylinder. The price is therefore accordingly.
