Here is the large diameter liquid cooling kit AIRSAL market for MBK 51 / Motobecane AV10. This AIRSAL T6 is a T6 model because it has 4 inlet transfers and a twin part exhaust light, it is made of Nicasil treated aluminum. It is delivered without head because it works very well with an original head Ø40mm.
*Please note, for mounting with an original cap, you must place the kit with a ferrite or 47mm aluminium seal! Do not place on O-ring! The old version of the kit (years before 2018) was delivered with a ferrite seal.
We can still gain a lot of performance with a well-adapted head in Ø47mm. Its intake diagrams are quite low (around 118° depending on the squish placed and the type of head), the cylinder has a bar exhaust with a rather small diagram (around 162°). Very good surprise, the bar has a correction material removal made by the factory!!! The piston is a single-segment model to minimize friction.
We will still regret a very big lack of work on skirt side and on other parameters! After you have to be clear, this cylinder is made to have a solid, torquey engine and this for a very low price. A good preparer will still be able to draw quite amazing performances of this cylinder by reworking diagrams, exhaust shape, skirt,... The 118° diagram at intake leaves a good work possible on the exhaust by going up its diagram to get power and speed in combination with a good exhaust like SP3 70 of MVT!
We recommend you with this cylinder: 17mm carburation, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, release escapement, grade 9 candle, alignment of crankcases.

As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement in the shape and the exhaust diagram as well as a special touch of the skirt and piston according to our best tests. We agree around 118° / 178° diagrams according to the squish posed by the end user! We recommend a 0.7mm squish and a compression rate of 13.5 : 1. A control of bore, from game to cut is also included! This prepa requires an additional 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and about 2 hours work on this cylinder. The price is therefore accordingly.
